Before Jesus left this earth, he gave his followers a mission statement. He told them “to go and make disciples of all nations” (Matt. 28:18-20). At Calvary, we take this mission seriously. Our desire is to create a discipleship culture at our church that is relational and reproducible.
D-Groups are small groups consisting of two to six people focused on discipleship training. The leader of the group mentors his or her disciples over a year long process of weekly meetings. These groups pray together, study scripture together, and grow in their faith together. The ultimate goal is to help everyone in the group grow into a mature disciple who in turn will make other disciples.
