’ll never forget my early experiences with Vacation Bible School when Red Rover was a favorite VBS recreational activity. And of course, Scott was always able to break the human chain and rescue his imprisoned teammates (for those of you who played Red Rover, you know what I'm talking about).

I want to express my appreciation to our missions committee for organizing and leading our recent “Serve the City” mission day here in Little Rock. It was great to see more than fifty of Calvary’s members volunteering to serve together. It was also beautiful seeing the intergenerational make up of our teams.

I’m excited about a special opportunity for the Calvary family that will take place on Saturday, April 25. It will be Calvary’s own local missions service day. This year, our Missions Committee is planning a day for the Calvary family to serve alongside some of our local mission partners.
Calvary Family,
As we enter into March of 2026, we will start the month with an important business meeting. One of the main agenda items will be to discuss and agree upon our plan for paying off the debt on our Worship Center that was built in 2011. I am sure that you, like me, are thrilled that we are now at a point where we can realistically talk about paying off the debt within the next couple of years.

Well, it looks like we have slid into February due to the recent snow and ice storm. Hopefully, everyone has been able to stay safe and warm. Thank you to Garrett Lenzen and our staff for helping us continue online worship services while being snowed in. We are blessed to have a talented and knowledgeable staff. So, what’s on the horizon for Calvary during February 2026? Well, I’m glad you asked.
