This sermon is built around an all-time favorite story in the Gospels. It truly is an amazing story about God’s amazing grace and his amazing love for lost people. In it we meet two characters who both have unique encounters with Jesus. One puts her faith in him, the other does not. One is humble, the other is proud. One chooses to honor him, the other fails to honor him. One is saved and eternally grateful, the other is unbelieving and unaffected as his lack of gratitude reveals. In this sermon, you too will encounter the grace giving, sin forgiving Jesus. What will your response be?
