Psalm 46 tells us that we do not need to be afraid because God is our refuge, strength, and helper during times of trouble.

This was a very dangerous time for Paul as his enemies were waiting for him in Jerusalem at the Pentecost festival. See how God’s presence, strength, and help protect Paul in three successive days when he had three near death experiences. The sermon reminds us that during our own times of danger, struggle, hardship, and fear, God will be there for us.
