What type of church does God attend? Let’s find out. In Acts 11:19-30, we read about a church that experienced the presence and power of God in extraordinary ways. It’s the church that was planted in 1st century Antioch by some courageous Christ followers who were forced to leave their homes in Jerusalem due to persecution. They end up traveling three hundred miles north to the large cosmopolitan city of Antioch. While there, they displayed great boldness for the Gospel and showed great love for people of all types. This resulted in God working greatly in their midst. From their example, we learn much about the type of church that God loves to attend!
