Freedom in Sight | March 2026
Calvary Family,
As we enter into March of 2026, we will start the month with an important business meeting. One of the main agenda items will be to discuss and agree upon our plan for paying off the debt on our Worship Center that was built in 2011. I am sure that you, like me, are thrilled that we are now at a point where we can realistically talk about paying off the debt within the next couple of years.
Why is this a big deal? It is a big deal because it represents faithful giving and sacrifice on the part of many Calvary members through many years. It is also a big deal because once the debt is paid, there will be financial freedom to invest more of our resources into missions and ministries. Yes, I am certain there will be some more infrastructure needs for our buildings, but by and large, we can look at growing our mission partnerships, ministry partnerships, and simply be more generous in investing directly into God’s kingdom work here in Little Rock and beyond.
As we approach this milestone, I will be working with our staff and our Church Council to begin thinking, praying, and dreaming about the next strategic plan for our church. A plan that will be in place and ready to be launched as soon as we are out of debt. Thank you church family for making this happen.
