From God’s Vision to Moses’ Inspection: A Very Blessed Day (Exodus 39)
Once the craftsmen finished building all the furnishings and furniture for the tabernacle, they brought it to Moses for inspection.
This is still a common practice for all major construction projects today. In fact, this message will include an interview with a seasoned architect to gain more perspective into this aspect of the biblical story. After what was likely a nervous moment or two, Moses informs the Israelites that they passed the inspection with flying colors. They had completed all the work just as the Lord had commanded. What followed was a blessing pronounced by Moses over the Israelites. No doubt, this was a powerful moment for God’s people.
