Calvary's youngest members were able to bring their shovels to participate in the ceremony, and were provided hard hats as a keepsake.

Worship Center Groundbreaking
On Sunday, February 7 Dr. Ed Simpson, Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, along with members of the Cast the Vision Worship Center Building Committee and representatives from Fennel-Purifoy Architects and Kinco Construction Company officially broke ground on the site of a new Worship Center construction project which will continue into the early part of 2011.
"This is an historic day in the life of our church," remarked Simpson. "On two occasions prior to (today), our church has constructed a new Sanctuary."
This construction project will bring a beautiful, modern facility in which to worship and hold other events of special interest to the Calvary Baptist Church family.
